POSITION SUMMARY The Enterprise Applications Administrator II, under general supervision, will provide oversight and hands-on support for the installation, customization, maintenance, implantation, and troubleshooting of applications for business operations. This position is responsible for optimizing and extending the functionality of systems and applications, assisting with reports, and testing applications to support business operations. The role involves close collaboration with HR, Finance, IT, and Plant Managers to support applications. This role further contributes to the team by providing training, sharing knowledge and processes, and ensuring lessons learned are documented and implemented in SOPs .
