Job Purpose •    Learn the pre-finish process for our siding products. •    Gain exposure to one or more of the following areas of operation: o    Operations o    Quality o    Environmental, Health & Safety o    Maintenance & Reliability o    Human Resources •    Develop or assist in the development of plant projects. •    Assist in the creation of site SOPs, JSAs and Training Program •    Assist with daily tracking of Quality, Safety and Operations metrics and report creation. •    Assist in recording testing and inspection results, inputting them into appropriate database or spreadsheets.  •    Identify and respond to statistical trends or non-conforming process measures and test values.   •    Assist in monitoring and recording consumption and inventory of raw materials. •    Assist in process and product tests/trials as assigned and compile, analyze, and report trial test results as required.   •    Be pro-active in identifying and performing other tasks to...
