IFG Southern is currently seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team in Louisville, Alabama. The Industrial Electrician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical, electronic, and automated manufacturing equipment throughout the facility. This position supports production by minimizing downtime, performing preventative maintenance, installing new equipment, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and reliability. The successful candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills in industrial power distribution, motor controls, PLC-based automation, variable frequency drives (VFDs), instrumentation, and electrical control systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:   Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs.     Follow safety protocols and report hazards to ensure a safe work environment.      Utilize CMMS to document all work orders and equipment maintenance records throughout the facility.       Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines continue to run smoothly, operate efficiently, and produce high-quality output.   Install, repair and maintain plant machinery and equipment with primary focus on safe and continuous operation of all equipment and facilities.     Assist in maintaining the inventory of critical spare parts.     Support root cause analysis (RCA) problem-solving efforts to eliminate repeat equipment failures.      Assist in evaluating and measuring vendor performance.    Understand and actively apply yourself...
