The Director of Finance Transformation & Controls provides strategic leadership for the transformation and continuous improvement of Idaho Forest Group's finance organization. This role partners with the CFO and finance leadership to develop and execute the finance transformation strategy, modernize business processes, strengthen internal controls, and leverage technology, automation, and AI to enhance operational effectiveness and decision-making.
