The HR Generalist provides support in various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance within the organization. The HR Generalist partners with HR manager to perform a wide variety of HR tasks in the day-to-day administration of the HR function, including payroll, benefits, employee records, recruiting/staffing, onboarding, employee relations, safety, training, and company policies.  Must exercise the utmost discretion in sensitive and confidential matters.  Location : Individual will work in different locations including Coeur d'Alene, Chilco, and Athol.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct screening interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate the selection process.
