POSITION SUMMARY
The Dry End Manager oversees all operations related to the Planer, Boiler, Kiln and Shipping Departments ensuring the efficient processing of raw materials while maintaining safety, quality, production standards and financial goals. They lead a team of operators and technicians while implementing best practices to optimize workflow. This role involves collaborating with other departments to meet production targets and improve overall operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage daily activities of the dry end operations, providing leadership and guidance to team members.
Monitor production processes to ensure targets are met while maintaining IFG quality and safety standards.
