POSITION EXPECTATIONS:
Support IFG’s Safety program and ensure management awareness of safety issues, including annual budgeting requirements.
Establish and prioritize safety program goals, objectives, and procedures.
Identify safety training requirements and provide training for team members.
Implement accident prevention programs.
Assist in conducting incident investigations, including root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Perform workplace hazards analysis, and environmental health and safety audits.
Write technical reports, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety and Environmental Policies and be able to present these to others.
Understand air and water emissions non-hazardous and hazardous waste streams.
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections as required by local, state, and federal permits.
