POSITION SUMMARY The Dry End Manager oversees all operations related to the Planer and Shipping departments (may include the Boiler and Kiln) ensuring the efficient processing of raw materials while maintaining safety, quality, production standards and financial goals.  They lead a team of operators and technicians while implementing best practices to optimize workflow.  This role involves collaborating with other departments to meet production targets and improve overall operational efficiency.
