We are currently considering applicants for several Forester I, II, and III positions based in Mount Shasta, Redding, and Diamond Springs, California.  Salary and Benefits : These are non-exempt positions with pay ranging from $16-22/hr for Forester I, $20-28/hr for Forester II and $25-35/hr for Forester III. Pay is based on education, experience and qualifications. Travel on the job is paid both ways, overtime is paid per State and Federal law. Set per-diem rates for out of town work. Job Summary FWS Forestry California LLC, is looking to hire an experienced Forestry Manager for the 170,000-acre Shasta Cascades Timberlands. The manager is responsible for coordinating the timber harvest planning and permitting activities to meet the planned harvest volume needs for the next 3 to 5 years. The Forestry Program Manager will work collaboratively with the Logging Operations Manager to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the program.
