Rutland Lumber Company: Saw Filer Job Description: We are currently looking for a fulltime Saw Filer to join our facility located in Collins Ms. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Preparing saws for proper level, tension, sharpness, and all other specifications. Ensure all guides are maintained at proper tolerances. Preparing saw teeth and replacing broken and missing teeth. Keep general area clean and free of debris. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operating difficulties. Assists in other areas of the mill when needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Saw Filer experience preferred. Mechanically inclined. Basic understanding of planned/preventive maintenance. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
