POSITION SUMMARY The Heavy Equipment Tech is responsible for maintaining and servicing heavy machinery by performing scheduled PM’s, component overhauls, diagnostic repairs and emergency repairs. This role ensures that equipment operates efficiently by preventing breakdowns and extending equipment life. POSITION SUMMARY The Journeyman Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment within the mill. This includes conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other critical systems used in milling operations, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance.  The Journeyman Millwright ensures that equipment operates efficiently and safely to minimize downtime and support continuous production.
