Heat/Energy-Utility I (Dryer Aid) Job Purpose: Assist Dryer Operator in operation of Dryers, WESP, RTOs, and Thermal oil unit to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production of wafers conforming to established specifications   Key Responsibilities: Collects wafer samples from dryer and processes them for moisture determination, against meter, calibration Sets and adjusts dryer controls, when operating or starting processes Monitors equipment operation adjusts as requested or as needed Monitors conveyor and bin flows to ensure uninterrupted operations; unplugs clogs as required Maintains equipment in a safe, clean condition Monitors Pneumatic systems for proper operation Inspect bins to ensure bin capacities are not extended Trains as a Relief Dryer Operator/Trains to be next Dryer Operator Performs all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations Expected to keep leaks in Dryer, Pneumatics, storage systems to “Zero” leaks Expected to learn...
