POSITION SUMMARY The Certified Grader grades lumber in accordance with WWPA standards and customer expectations. This role involves inspecting and evaluating wood products for quality and assists in the training of non-certified graders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs. Follow safety protocols and report hazards to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct thorough inspections of lumber, assessing quality, size, and defects according to WWPA grading rules and customer expectations. This role requires attention to safety, efficiency, and quality control while performing various tasks and maintaining equipment. Starting wage is $23.92 with a $500 sign on bonus.
