Job Purpose Ensure manufacturing processes meet control specifications and finished product standards are met. Provide problem-solving support to operations. In this position you will have the opportunity to: • Perform all work in accordance with safety rules and regulations and participate in facility health & safety activities as assigned. • Verify product standards are met through statistical analysis of product and process measurements and observations. • Ensure all relevant quality requirements are consistently met according to the QC manual and plant SOPs. • Ensure that non-conforming product is appropriately quarantined, identified and segregated according to standard procedures. • Analyze and evaluate quarantined product to determine disposition in accordance with product standards. • Record testing and inspection results, input into appropriate database or spreadsheets.
