Vertical Vegetation Management is looking for a turnkey crew leader to help run a helicopter spray crew. A turnkey is responsible for the management of a crew, logistics, customer relations, chemical orders, mixing chemicals, loading helicopters with chemical, pulling a gooseneck spray trailer, etc. This is a seasonal position beginning in late March or early April and running through the first of November. This also is an on the road job that requires extensive travel sleeping in hotels throughout the southeast and Midwest for long periods of time, but comes with opportunities to go home during bad weather, or holidays. Days can be requested off with proper notice. This is agriculture/forestry and we work sun up to sun down when the weather allows us to, 7 days a week. Expect long hours in the heat but also expect lots of weather days where you may be in the hotel most or all of the day, sometimes multiple days in a row.
