STUDENT QUALIFICATIONS   Currently enrolled in Junior or Senior year of high school   16 or 17 years old   Enrolled in a qualified Career and Technical Education class   Passing grades, no excessive absenteeism at school.  Students will provide IFG with grades and attendance documentation upon request.   Summer Schedule: Available to work 30-40 hours per week, including weekends   School year schedule: Available to work after school and weekends (not to exceed 20 hours/week)   Approval of parents to participate through signed agreement   Reliable transportation to/from work   Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test, post-offer pre-employment physical, and background check.     APTITUDE EXPECTATIONS   Follow Safety / Lock Out Tag Out policies and procedures    Mechanically inclined   Knowledge of basic hand tools (metric and standard)   Ability to stay on...
