We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for safely supervising the maintenance team, ensuring all repairs and preventative maintenance jobs are successfully completed on schedule. The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and interfaces frequently with other departments including Safety, Quality, Production and Human Resources. This is a full-time night shift position that would require some overtime. An individual would be expected to practice and comply with all safety and quality procedures as set forth by Jasper Lumber Company. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualifications: • Welding experience • General knowledge of pneumatics & hydraulics. • Excellent problem solving and communication skills. • Ability to ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance daily while having the ability to troubleshoot areas of malfunction.
