Job Summary The division of Forestry is seeking to hire one (1) Office & Admin Specialist Senior located in Grand Rapids, MN at the Grand Rapids Resource Assessment Program. The Resource Assessment Program conducts natural resource field inventory, aerial photography acquisition, and Geospatial data processing and analysis for both internal and external customers. This position provides administrative support to the Resource Assessment program. Normal working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but are subject to change based on work needs. Hours of work may include weekends, evenings and holidays. Duties include: Provide operations support; develop, implement and maintain office procedures and work systems to resolve existing problems or to respond to new systems or policies.
