POSITION SUMMARY The Lead Planer man will cover all aspects and responsibilities of the lead planerman position with the result being to have consistent, accurate and quality product produced with minimum downtime while ensuring efficient utilization of company time. RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL Understand the defects related to planing lumber and knowing what to change in the set-up to ensure quality and accuracy of all set up work.
