Job Purpose
Ensures loading and unloading processes function efficiently. Assists Line and Mixer operators to ensure quality board is produced
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Ensures loading and unloading areas are functioning efficiently
- Responsible for keeping area mixer, coating line, loader and unloader area(s) clean
- Assists operators in all aspects of production
- Pulls reject panels and/or place in racks as necessary
- Repairs panels that are removed for quality reasons
- Checks board temperatures
- Pulls and prepares board samples for QC testing
- Responsible for the system clean up, spray down process during the day and end of day clean up
- Uses radio to maintain communication with operators, maintenance, and supervisor
- Logs downtime and notes causes
- Performs all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations
- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Demonstrated ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment.
- Possess ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
Education:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in equipment operation.
- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
