Job Purpose

This position will support our Sales Development team as a Summer Intern from June 2027 – August 2027 and will be based in Nashville, Tennessee. This is a paid, full- time internship. This internship position is hybrid requiring you to come into LP’s corporate office two days a week.  

In this position you will have the opportunity to:

  • Initiate contact with homeowners who are interested in receiving a siding quote from a partnered LP contractor 
  • Build relationships with internal teams outside of Sales Development 
  • Analyze sales development metrics and help prepare reports to identify trends, pipeline opportunities, and process improvements. 
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and managers on outbound campaigns and strategic initiatives. 
  • Support special projects related to Sales Development 
  • Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment 
  • Work alongside and be coached by members of your team 
  • Engage with leaders across the company 

What do I need to be successful?

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment 
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proactively identifies opportunities to contribute, solve problems, and support team goals without requiring constant direction. 

Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program  

  • Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later 

  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher 

Work Environment

  • This position will work at home and in our Nashville office for two days on a hybrid schedule
