Overview
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a sawmill and pole/piling operation. Responsible for equipment uptime, PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics repair, and preventative maintenance.
Duties
Supervise and work alongside maintenance crew
Troubleshoot PLCs, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Maintain sawmill, pole mill, and piling equipment
Lead preventative maintenance program
Minimize downtime and support production
Enforce safety and lockout/tagout procedures
Requirements
1–5+ years maintenance experience in sawmill or heavy industrial setting
PLC experience
Strong hydraulics and mechanical repair skills
