POSITION SUMMARY   The Training Specialist  is responsible for  developing, delivering, and managing technical training programs for maintenance personnel. POSITION SUMMARY The Journeyman Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment within the mill. This includes conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other critical systems used in milling operations, with a strong focus on preventative maintenance.  The Journeyman Millwright ensures that equipment operates efficiently and safely to minimize downtime and support continuous production. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Comprehend and perform all duties in accordance with rules, regulations and JSAs.  Follow safety protocols and report hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
